Returning an item to us
IMPORTANT - If you are returning an unopened and unused item for a refund please read this page first: Ordered the Wrong Item
Step 1 – Let us know
Contact us as soon as you can, to let us know you are returning an item so we can keep an eye out for your parcel.
Step 2 - Choose a shipping method
There are lots of different options available depending on the size of the item you are returning. If it is a small Item then Royal mail is probably the best choice. For larger items a courier is probably a better bet. Many of the online courier companies offer good deals and many have the benefit that you can arrange a collection when it is convenient to you. Here is a selection of popular companies for your convenience.

Tip: Some companies have size limitations which may narrow the available services; there is no need to send the item express delivery, as long as we know to expect it.

Step 3 - Packing up
If the package is unopened or if you still have the original packaging simply reuse this, alternatively use your own and securely package. IMPORTANT When returning Vinyl Rolls please ensure the ends of the tube are securely fastened and packed otherwise the roll will be easily damaged.

Step 4 - Ship
Send your item and wait for us to acknowledge your return. We’ll process your return and take care of the rest.
