My Order has arrived Damaged

We make it our mission to ensure that deliveries arrive on time and in good condition. But sometimes things go wrong :( Should any of our products arrived damaged, please refuse delivery. Then contact us as soon as you can, please include your order number. Then we will arrange a replacement. Also it would be helpful if you could let us know a few convenient days we could deliver your replacement :)

My Order has arrived but I have ordered the wrong item

Products can be returned to us within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to these conditions.
• Returns must be complete and in 'as new' condition so they can be resold.
• If you wish to exercise your right under the distance selling regulations you are responsible for returning the item to us and any shipping charges.
• Where we have charged for shipping, this will be deducted from your refund
• A copy of the original invoice must be included so we can process your refund
